DEAD BALL CARRY
Please note there will be lifts with the dead ball for all competitors; please train accordingly.
35 kg Dead Ball - ALL Elite and Competitive Men
25 Kg Dead Ball - ALL Social Men, ALL Elite and Competitive Women
15 kg Dead Ball - ALL Junior (16-18 years olds), Teens (14-15 years olds)and Social Women teams
- All team members will lift the Dead Ball over the shoulder for 5 reps (except TEENS 14-15), then move to the next point and repeat, there are three points, and then run around the agility pole return to the starting line and hand over the Dead Ball to the next team member.

The Dead ball MUST be carried in front of the competitor, not on the shoulder, when moving to the next point.
- Everyone (except TEENS 14-15 years olds), does 5 reps at each point
- TEENS Teams (14-15 years olds) are to run with the 15kg deadball to the agility pole, then return to the starting point carrying the deadball.
