The Samson was held on Mortimer Oval, the oval on the corner of Uralba and Brewster St in Lismore, with the run leg taking competitors through the streets of CBD Lismore down to the Memorial Baths, then back to Mortimer Oval for the last 2 legs.
27 Registered Teams completed the following:
- Sandbag carry ( relay fashion )
- Tyre Flip 50m ( relay fashion )
- Push Prowler 50m ( relay fashion )
- Run to pool 3km
- Swim 5 x 50m ( relay fashion )
- Run back to fields 3km
- Stationary row 1km ( relay fashion )
- Obstacle course
